Guess what?
I have found a gallon-size bottle that I fill up every morning which ensures me that I am consuming all of my water for the day… no questions asked! I literally carry this EVERYWHERE!
There is a handle for easy carrying and this is completely leak-proof… trust me… it has rolled around in my car floorboard with NO issues.

2. Miracle Noodles
OK folks, in order to be successful at weight loss, we have GOT to keep our Lean & Greens interesting, delicious, and similar to foods that we would normally eat. Am I right?
Well… I have found the PERFECT pasta substitute… MIRACLE NOODLES!!!
This brand of noodles (and rice) is 100% on-plan, made of 100% plant-based ingredients, and count towards your greens. Can it really get any better?
One-half cup of noodles equals one green, so an entire package equals TWO of your greens. Just add chicken, shrimp, or whatever lean you want and a half-cup of additional veggies and voila… you have a meal!
I like to utilize 1 wedge of Light Laughing Cow Cheese (1 condiment) + 10 sprays of “I Can’t Believe it’s Not Butter” (healthy fat) to make a creamy sauce and then spice it up with 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper (2 condiments).

3. Mini Griddle
So it took me quite some time to try a fueling “hack” as I did enjoy the Optavia fuelings just as they are.
I was experiencing a serious desire for french fries when I ran across an article on how to transform the Optavia Smashed Potatoes into fries.
I immediately ordered this Nostalgia MyMini Griddle and it arrived within two days!
Needless to say, I AM IN LOVE with this cute little device!
I mixed one packet of the smashed potatoes with three tablespoons of water and stirred well. Prior to spooning the mixture into the griddle, I sprayed both sides of the griddle with Pam. I allowed this to cook for 6 minutes and then removed the pancake-looking blob and cut into strips (like french fries) and placed into my air-fryer on 375 for 4 minutes.
Viola… yummy french fries.

Ok… so it is obvious that scales are essential when undergoing any type of weight loss plan or program.
When I began my journey, I utilized basic scales that I had used for years. Ya’ll… I was SO behind the times.
